Overcoming a Witch Priestess

Last week I had a dream that i had hiked up a mountain trail, as in Appalachia, and I entered a small cabin. It was rickety and dilapitated. When I walked in there was a small low bookshelf to my left and behind it a beaten up mattress and bed with an old woman on it. I began rifling through her bookshelf and taking, actually stealing, small tiny bibles from her shelf. I knew it was wrong to steal, but I felt somehow that I was there out of duty and that it was necessary for me to take them. When I did, the old lady started yelling at me and screaming at me to leave and she got up with a cane out of the bed. She had a pruny old tanish colored face with a black shawl over her head. She was blind and walked with a staff. Her eyes were closed shut and had the impression of a symbol depressed into the flesh of her eyelid which sunk in to make the form of a circle with a line coming out to the right and down almost like the capital letter "Q" but the tail was longer and did not cross into the circle. When she came over to me I could hardly speak and she shuffled under a large dream catcher with black raven's feathers and began cursing me and hexing me. I could have easily overcome her physically but I was held fast and could not move by a suffocating spirit. I could not pray.

I awoke abrubtly and was still deep in the spirit realm even as I awoke. I prayed for 10-15 minutes for the interpretation. It was so real it was as though my bedroom was the fantasy when I awoke. I was very troubled by all of this in my spirit and could feel through the discerning of spirits the same thing in my bedroom that I felt in my dream. I threw a sheet over my body and went downstairs to worship (submit yourselves therefore to God, resist thet devil and he shall flee from you) and get direction from God.

God spoke to me then and told me that the source was a real witch and that he brought there in the Spirit realm to show me what she was doing. She had come in contact with our family through a friend of ours who had come over that night and had just gone to the mountains for a camping trip. God has been working on this lady to be saved and she is in the valley of decision. He revealed to me that the witch was an actual woman living in seclusion in the mountains near Boone, NC and that she was posessed by a powerful spirit of divination and demon of witchcraft. Through her spiritual eyes she could see the Spirit of God on our friend and by attaching a spirit to her it found that the source was our house the source of prayer and intercession for her. The witch had been cursing us in the demonic realm.

I instantly began worshipping and praising the Lord and stirred up the the Holy Ghost with in me as Paul instructed Timothy. I cleared my heart before God and then after putting on the armour of God. I cast the spirits from the house in the Name of Jesus by the Authority of God andI anointed the door posts and windows of our home with oil in the name of Jesus Christ that it would become as the Blood of the Lamb to our enemy. Then I began to pray warfare prayer against her spirit and the demonic stronghold there. I began praying and attacking the demonic in the spirit as the Lord quickened me in angelic tongues. Instantly I saw a vision as I was praying of the woman recoiling and shrieking in fear from the power of god, She was on the floor of her cabin begging for mercy. It was as if she could see me in the Power of God physically standing in her doorway although she was blind. Her vision was not physical, it was spiritual. The demon left her and her connection to it was severed. She was left desolate on the floor without power.

I shouted before her in rebuke"HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD!" and instantly the vision was gone and the Holy Ghost turned me to my bookshelf and said "Remove it!". I prayed for direction and the Lord led me around our house to everything that had to do with witchcraft. Things that I had never even realized. Books, Games, videos, Disney, Jedi, certain video games, Narnia, a few items made in africa, EVERYTHING having to do with witchcraft and magic. Even Mary Poppins.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 (King James Version)
13For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Even the devil masquerades as an angel of light. There are two forces working in this world Christ, and Antichrist. One is a masquerade, the other is Truth and Power. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man comes to the Father but by me.

In my dream i was stealing the Word from her, and in my real life I was throwing the works of Satan to the dump.

After I completed this the Spirit of the Lord embraced me and I fell to the floor in His presence and worshipped Him. Our entire home was filled with peace and power. My wife even said, not knowing what had happened that night, that when she awoke she felt power with God and a renewed sense of expectationin Christ!

ACTS 13
1Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.
2As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.
3And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.
4So they, being sent forth by the Holy Ghost, departed unto Seleucia; and from thence they sailed to Cyprus.
5And when they were at Salamis, they preached the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews: and they had also John to their minister.
6And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Barjesus:
7Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God.
8But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.

10And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
11And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.

ACTS 8
1And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles.
2And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him.
3As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison.
4Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.
5Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them.
6And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did.
7For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.
8And there was great joy in that city.
9But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:
10To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God.
11And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.
12But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.
13Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.
14Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:
15Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:

22Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.
23For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity.
24Then answered Simon, and said, Pray ye to the LORD for me, that none of these things which ye have spoken come upon me.
25And they, when they had testified and preached the word of the Lord, returned to Jerusalem, and preached the gospel in many villages of the Samaritans.
